02

2. Admission & grades

Membership is granted at the College's discretion after review. Grades (Associate, Member, Fellow) are personal, non-transferable and may be reviewed, suspended or withdrawn for breach of this agreement or professional misconduct.

03

3. Professional conduct

  • Provide accurate identity, qualification and registration details.
  • Act respectfully and professionally in community spaces and messaging.
  • Never share login credentials or Passport credentials.

05

5. Content & intellectual property

All courses, webinars, guidelines, software, designs, the CVES name and logo are owned by or licensed to CVES. Members receive a personal, non-exclusive licence for their own professional learning. Recording, redistributing, scraping or reselling College content is prohibited. Faculty keep ownership of their authored material and grant CVES a licence to publish it.

6. Confidentiality

Non-public platform features, pre-release material and other members' information shown in the Workspace are confidential and may not be disclosed.

07

7. Certificates & Passport

CPD certificates, membership certificates, badges and the CVES Passport remain College property, may only be used to represent the holder's genuine status, and are revoked if membership ends.
